Evolution has launched a new Risk and Design Security Division to provide security and fire system design and specification services to third party integrators, installers and clients.
Richard Lambert, managing director at Evolution comments that the new venture has been introduced to meet a growing demand for the company's security design expertise.
“A solution is only as good as the original design and specification,” said Lambert, “and our team has an established reputation for excellence across a host of high profile projects in some of the most demanding environments. We’re now making this skilled resource available to third parties, whether they be installers, clients or even other consultants. We want to work in partnership with them to design security and fire solutions that are technology agnostic and genuinely Best in Class.”
Lambert added: “The importance of traceability and the demonstration of planned process is further strengthened by our partnerships with professional independent risk assessors to ensure that all threats and weaknesses have been considered prior to committing to design.”
Not being tied to a single manufacturer or technology is, according to Lambert, a major advantage. “It means we can select the most appropriate products without fear of compromise and knowing that we’re always giving best advice,” stated Lambert.
